Shopping at our Store:
- When you receive your order, inspect all packages for items such as remotes, manuals and cables, or any applicable accessories for the products ordered.
- If the merchandise is not installed immediately, please turn it on or play it. Be sure to save the shipping carton and carton and your packing material, in the unlikely event that you will need it for a return shipment.
A return authorization is required for any exchange. Products sent without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Exchanges can be requested within 14 days from the dispatch date, provided the merchandise is returned in its original condition, including packaging and all accessories such as remote controls, cables, antennas, connectors, brackets, and owner’s manuals. Upon arrival at our warehouse, returned items will be inspected, and any missing components may result in additional charges.
If the item was purchased during a sale or promotional period, we will assess the return to determine if it qualifies. MG AUDIO & SECURITY reserves the right to accept or deny any return request.
Please note that if the shipping cost of the product exceeds $80, your request may be declined due to the item’s weight and special handling requirements, which could increase the risk of damage during return transit. (Additional fees and conditions may apply.)
Important: Errors made when ordering (such as selecting the wrong model, size, function, color, or unit of measure, or mismatching left/right speakers) are the responsibility of the customer, who will bear all associated costs.

At MG AUDIO & SECURITY, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have outlined the following cancellation policy:
- Order Cancellation Rights: MG AUDIO & SECURITY reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control. If we decide to cancel your order, you will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be processed.
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Once an order has entered the production or shipping process, cancellations are generally not permitted. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Each cancellation request will be reviewed individually, and we cannot guarantee approval if the production process has already commenced.
- Promotional Seasons, Sales, and Discounts: Promotional offers, sales, and discounts apply only to new orders placed during the promotional period. These offers cannot be applied retroactively to existing orders. Customers cannot cancel an existing order with the intent to reorder the same product using a discount or promotional offer.
In the case of a cancellation and reorder attempt to utilize a discount or promotional offer, MG AUDIO & SECURITY reserves the right to deny both the cancellation and the application of the promotional discount to the new order.
- Refunds: If a cancellation is approved before the production process begins, a full refund will be issued. For cancellations after production has started, refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be partial, covering only non-recoverable costs incurred by MG AUDIO & SECURITY.
- Communication: For any cancellation requests or inquiries regarding our policy, please contact MG AUDIO & SECURITY customer service at info@mgaudiosecurity.com. Our team will assist you based on the status of your order.

To Return or Exchange a Product
To initiate a return, please email us at info@mgaudiosecurity.com. Our customer service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and further instructions.
Make sure to write the RA # (RA # XXXXXX) clearly and in bold on the outside of the shipping box. If the RA # is not included in the return address or is not easily visible on the box, the return will be rejected and sent back to you.
